It's just another website to blog. It's a mini blog because they limit you to 140 characters, including spaces. Some pretty much use it as place to update their status and also sync it to their facebook pages. It's another way of communicating and networking online
When I hear these questions, they are usually asked in a tone that has a hint of anger. Interesting
